Welcome to saythings.co (the "Site"), operated by Stephanie Crane De Narváez, trading as SAY THINGS, a sole trader/freelancer based in Lisbon, Portugal. By using this Site, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before browsing further.
1. About this Site
This Site is a portfolio and contact point for SAY THINGS, a brand identity, communication, and spatial design practice. It showcases past work, describes services offered, and provides a way to get in touch. This Site does not process payments or sell products directly; any commercial engagement for design services is arranged separately, outside this Site, through direct communication and a separate agreement between SAY THINGS and the client.
2. Use of this Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this Site by anyone else. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Use the Site to transmit harmful code or content
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site's content for commercial redistribution without permission
3. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, images, project case studies, logos, and design work, is the property of Stephanie Crane De Narváez / SAY THINGS, or is used with permission from the relevant clients, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes (for example, sharing a link to a case study). You may not reproduce, copy, or use this content for commercial purposes, or present it as your own work, without prior written permission.
Case studies featured on this Site describe real client projects. Where a client has requested that certain details, names, or collaborators not be disclosed, that information has been intentionally omitted or generalized.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
This Site describes past work and services in good faith, but nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of specific results for any future project. Any actual engagement for services is governed by a separate agreement between SAY THINGS and the client, which will set out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and terms for that project.
5. Third-party links
This Site may link to third-party websites (for example, a client's own website, or a social media profile). SAY THINGS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, SAY THINGS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site. The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected and used.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the Site operates or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
